Heather responded quickly to messages and requests to schedule home showings. She put our offer in quickly to get the first offer in on the house we wanted. She negotiated with the buyer to get the money for the repairs we needed and worked diligently with the lender to get us in our home in one month. She is personable, professional, and honest. Firat off let me say that Heather Bledsoe is a BEAST! One of the BEST Real Estate Agents you can do buisness with. We were first signed up with an agent who was a 'Multi Million Dollar' a year agent who treated my family like 'Crap' in the sense of the word since we're paying for their services in the end. Lackadaisical and unresponsive when we needed her to schedule viewings. Told us if she didn't have an appointment on that side of town we had to wait for her to be in the area. Dropped that agent quickly. Got Heather's number from a home in McDonough our other 'A-hole Agent' missed out on for our family. I hired another Agent who was local to my area and that a friend had used to sell her house. I was in a hurry to sell my house and just assumed all Agents were the same. I could not have been more wrong. After my house sat on the market for a week with only 1 showing, I knew something wasn’t right. So I removed my house from the market and started over. Amber Jones had sold another house for me (which sold within a month) so I hired her again. We had 3 offers in a day, and a contract by the end of the week.
